Our artists take commissions for individual or family portraits, landscapes and reproductions of photographs. They will work from suitable photos taken by the client. WindmillerPlus will also take photos of people, animals or scenics you would like to have painted.

Portraits are approximately life size. Special sizes can be arranged, either smaller or larger, priced accordingly.

The first person in a group portrait is priced at full price and additional figures at half price. Head and shoulders: $1,000; waist-up $1500; full-size; various prices according to content.

Portraits of animals and pets are also available, starting at $1,000 for sizes 16 X 20 inches. People, animals and/or pets of your choice can be placed in the same settings or similar settings as seen on this website.

Terms: Fifty percent in advance with balance due upon satisfactory completion of the commissioned piece. Travel expenses for photographs or sittings negotiable.

Your favorite scenes will be done in oil by talented Texas artists, including J. Horton, a master of colorful and realistic oil paintings from your photograph or one that can be taken for you. Sizes vary from 18 X 24 inches and larger. Smaller sizes can be arranged with varying prices.
